Irrigation is a method or modern irrigation system that uses tools to water plants and grass. The irrigation process is expected to provide soil fertility or vice versa which encourages soil degradation can only take place if there is the presence of water. Thus the purpose of irrigation is to drain water regularly according to the needs of plants when the soil moisture supply is insufficient to support plant growth, so the plants can grow normally.
